Panaji, Oct 15: With the belated sighting of 'Eid ka chaand' as per the calendar, Eid-Ul-Fitr was celebrated in Goa on Sunday with great fervour, faith, belief and enthusiasm.
Hundreds of Muslim brethren gathered at different praying venuess in the state early in the morning to attend the holy prayer amd break the month-long holy fast and celebrate the moments of togetherness, brotherhood and unity.
Hundreds of faithful assembled on the Sports Authority of Goa ground at Campal, Panaji and greeted each other on the occasion.
