Mangaluru, Feb 11: “The establishment of Khiliriya Trust for spiritual and pragmatic education of girls is welcome. With it poor girls are getting an opportunity to get free education. While private schools are charging exorbitant fees to provide education, the existence of Kiliriya organization under the
leadership of Wakf board district president S M Rashid will be immensely helpful to poor families,” said Karnataka state SYS secretary M S M Abdul Rashid Zaini.
He was speaking to students after watching the development work at Kiliriya institutes during his visit on Wednesday February 10. He said that education is inevitable these days and advised the students to study hard and secure ranks.
Dakshina Kannada district SSF vice president Sirajuddin Sakhafi Kanyana, SSF Thokkottu sector relief service director Rashid Haji Pandeshwara, journalist Bashir Kalkatta were present. Chairman of the
institute S M Rashid Haji welcomed the guests and gave details of the basic intentions of the institute.
