Los Angeles, Nov 21 (IANS): Actress Morena Baccarin has been ordered by a judge to pay her estranged husband Austin Chick a total of $23,000 a month in child and spousal support.
Tmz.com reported that she was ordered to rake out $2,693 for child support and $20,249 for spousal support every month.
The former "Homeland" actress and Chick have a two-year-old son named Julius.
Back in September, a judge here ruled that Baccarin could move Julius with her to New York City where she's filming "Gotham".
Chick, who was unemployed, agreed to live in an apartment she rented for him so they could co-parent but later changed his mind. The former couple now share legal custody of the child, but Baccarin has primary physical custody.
Baccarin allegedly had an affair with her "Gotham" co-star Benjamin McKenzie while still married to Chick. The former couple has been locking horns since he found out about her current pregnancy. She's having another baby with a different man.
The 36-year-old actress filed for divorce from the 44-year-old film director in June after four years of marriage.
