Madrid, Oct 31 (IANS): Real Madrid's French forward Karim Benzema found himself in hot water again after being caught by the police in Madrid as he was speeding in a restricted area.
Benzema did not have his driver's license with him so police started disciplinary measures on Friday, reports Efe.
The Frenchman was caught speeding in March 2013 in a similar incident and was obliged to pay a fine of 150 euros (around $165) every day for eight months (a total of $20,000), and had his license suspended.
Last June, a misdemeanor was filed against Benzema over charges of committing an offence after he was caught speeding without his license near Madrid airport.
