Mangalore, Jul 13: The seventh annual general meeting of G M Amusement and Leisure Park limited was held at Manasa Park, Pilikula Nisarga Dhama here on Friday July 6.
Thomas Oswald Pinto, chairman and managing director chaired the meeting. Joseph Pinto and Rohinton Jal Irani, the directors were present at the meet.
The general body meeting approved 4 resolutions. Rohinton read the directors’ report for the year 2006 -2007 while Joseph Pinto read the auditors report.
Eugene Wilfred Pinto, the alternate director proposed the vote of thanks.
