Aishwarya, Irrfan's Jazbaa trailer imbuing intrigue in its wake

Mumbai, Aug 25: The trailer of Jazbaa which was released today and it is already creating wavesby instilling curiosity in the minds of all those who are watching all the drama packed in 2:31 minutes. Directed by Sanjay Gupta the movie, has Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as a lawyer who is forced to fight the case of a rapist and murderer.

Her fight and ultimate win, will decide the fate of her daughter who has been kidnapped by the leader of the gang that the rapist belongs to. Irrfan Khan plays the role of a police officer who is seen to be working alongside Aishwarya to have the miscreants behind bars and her daughter returned to her safely. Interspersed with quite a few dialogues, the trailer has a lot of action packed in it as Aishwarya plays the distressed mother pitted against time to rescue her daughter.

The trailer begins with a phone call that is received by Aishwarya Rai who identifies herself as advocate Anuradha Verma. She is none too succinctly informed that is expected to free rapist and murderer currently on death row in return for the safety of her daughter.

Aishwarya is seen driving her car into police barricades, going head to head with law enforcement personnel as well as screaming to the high heavens for her daughter. The film seems promising despite Aishwarya's overacting and here's hoping it actually delivers.
