M'luru: Gilbert Sequeira former principal St Aloysius Evening College no more

Mangaluru, Aug 10: Professor Gilbert Sequeira aged 68, former principal of St Aloysius Evening College passed away due to illness at a private hospital on August 9.

Professor Sequeira taught as lecturer at SDM College, Honnavar in his early days. He then joined St Aloysius Evening college as history professor and became the HOD for history. He served as curator of Aloysium (St Aloysius College Museum) and retired as principal of St Aloysius Evening College. Professor Sequeira was student friendly and a brilliant teacher.

    Very sad to hear the demise of Gilbert Sequeira, who is not only a relative of mine but he was an authority in History. Our deepest condolences goes to the bereaved family.
