Mumbai, Jul 26: Actor Riteish Deshmukh's soon to be released movie will now be released at a later date in order to avoid clashing with the success that is being witnessed by Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan and SS Rajamouli's Baahubali. The actor supported the call made by the producers saying that the postponing of the release date would ensure the movie got a fair chance with the audiences not being distracted by other big banner films.

Riteish said, “The fact is that ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ are doing great business at the box office. I think it was the right call by the producers. A film should get a fair chance. If it is better for the film, then why not? I feel that by postponing the film by one week, probably we’ll have a better showcasing.” The actor was speaking at a promotional event which included the launch of an exclusive food store, here.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Baahubali have been minting money to the tune of 100's of crores at the box office since their release and are also seeing an increase in footfalls with each passing week. Banagistan is a comedy based on two suicide bombers played by Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat who by the names of Hafeez Bin Ali Ishwarchand Sharma and Allah Rakha Khan Praveen Chaturvedi respectively.

Bangistan is now slated for release on the 7th of August and hopefully will get the kind of response that its makers are expecting.
