Los Angeles, July 17 (IANS): Actress Nikki Reed believes in "cheat days" when she's on a diet.
"I believe in the cheat day. Instead of saying, 'I'm going to have one pancake for breakfast and then one bite of a dessert at dinner', I try to eat clean six days a week and then on Sundays I have a free-for-all," Reed said.
"Now, I definitely don't eat seven pizzas and 20 doughnuts, but I have days when I'm not constantly monitoring what I'm doing. It really is all about the majority," she added.
The 27-year-old actress says she would fail miserably if she tried to allow herself small treats during the week, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Moderation is pretty hard for me. I wish I could be the woman that was like, 'Yeah, I can have cookies in my regular diet because I can just have one bite of a cookie and walk away'. Nope! When I see a tray of cookies I want the whole f**king tray. That's just how it is," she wrote in her blog for Elle.com.
