Madrid, June 16 (IANS): Spanish football giants Real Madrid and sportswear major Adidas have formally presented its first team's revamped home and away kit for the 2015-16 season.
The jersey kept its customary white colour with three sliver-gray stripes on the shoulder, and features a rounded collar and neckline, reports Efe.
Shorts and socks will also keep their classic white and gray, while the crest incorporates different textures but maintains the club's traditional colors.
Gray is the dominant color for the away kit, designed from a new fabric that has the feel of cotton, with three fluorescent-yellow stripes that also adorn the shorts and socks.
The new shade of grey, called Silver Glory, was chosen by the German company as a tribute to the tone of the trophies that Real Madrid has won throughout its history.
The club insignia appears inside the collars of both jerseys, sanctified with the inscription "Hala Madrid y nada mas" (Let's go Madrid, and nothing more!).
Both the new home and away kits are available for purchase in stores at its home ground - the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
