Los Angeles, June 12 (IANS): Singer Selena Gomez's latest music has been inspired by her former boyfriend Justin Bieber, according to her vocal coach Stevie Mackey.
Gomez, who was in an on-off relationship with the "Boyfriend" hitmaker until October 2014, references her failed romance with the 21-year-old star in her latest offering.
"She doesn't mention him directly. But one could deduce that she is (singing about him). Most artists sing about their present or past relationships in their music. Selena's no different," Mackey told hollywoodlife.com.
Mackey also addressed speculation on Twitter that the "Come and get it" singer's much-anticipated new track will be titled "Unbothered" after she reposted a photograph of herself reclining on a kitchen counter with the caption "Unbothered!!!!" on Wednesday.
Mackey, who had previously uploaded the image on his own account on the microblogging platform, said: "That's not the title of her song. She just looked content and unbothered, so I put that on my Instagram. I was just showing her love."
