Mangaluru, May 20: Twins normally look alike, walk alike and also dress alike, at least some of them especially in childhood. In studies, however, they may not score alike. But in a rare case, a pair of twins from St Aloysius College has scored equal number of marks in their PUC exams.
Twins M Ananya Prabhu and M Amulya Prabhu have both scored 569 marks in the PUC exams, the results of which were announced on Monday, May 18.
Prabhu twins, students of St Aloysius commerce section, hail from Kasargod and presently reside at Car Street here. They are the daughters of Dr M Gopinath Prabhu and Geetha M Prabhu.
Ananya scored 86 in English, 90 in Hindi, 100 in business studies, 98 in statistics, while Amulya scored 90 in English, 91 in Hindi, 98 in business studies, and 95 in statistics.
They have both scored 95 and 100 in economics and accountancy respectively.
It may be recalled that in the SSLC results announced recently, twins Muskaan and Mehak of Kundapur scored 125 in Kannada.
