Kateel, Apr 4: Shree Keshavaanda Bharati Swamiji of Edaneer Math has said that today’s youth need to inculcate ancient religious rituals in order to preserve religion.
He was addressing the Brahamkalashotsav religious conference being held here on Tuesday April 3.
Kajampadi Subramania, RSS leader of south region spoke on religion, temple and nationality and said that temple is the place where religion and culture could be preserved. Through the temple people have faith and devotion which leads them to religion and culture, he said.
Bhimeswar Joshi of Hornadu Shree Aadhishatamka Annapurneshwari Temple, Vasudeva Asthranna of Shree Aanegudde Vinayaka Temple, Suryanarayana Kumbhashi, administrative religious trustee, Sudhakar S Hegde of Manchi Tunga Institute and Padmanabh S Payyade, Mumbai Hotel industrialist were also present on the occasion.
