Mumbai, April 29 (IANS): TV actor Teeshay Shah, who will next be seen in "Gulmohar Grand", says he is excited to play the part and thanks filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker for recognising his talent.
The actor was last seen in Gowariker's "Everest" and was recommended by him for "Gulmohar Grand", which is a finite series based on the hotel industry.
Tesshay will be seen portraying the role of a 30-something Guest Relations Manager, who is an incurable flirt, charming, and competent at his job. He is witty and has a great sense of humour.
Speaking about his role, Teeshay said: "I am extremely happy and excited to be a part of 'Gulmohar Grand' and play such an interesting character. It has been fun shooting the series which is so different from other fiction shows on television. I am overwhelmed that Ashu sir recognized my talent. I hope audiences love the show."
"Gulmohar Grand" will air on Star Plus starting May 3.
It also stars Aakanksha Singh (Annie), Gaurav Chopra (Aniruddh) and Ashim Gulati (Neel).
