Mangaluru, Apr 18: 'The Gardens', a residential complex by Marian Projects Pvt Ltd was inaugurated at Bejai, Anegundi road, here on Saturday April 18.
The new residential complex was blessed by Fr Pius Baretto, Capuchin priest from St Fidelis Frairy Farangipete. The apartment has 66 premium flats, 16 compact flats and one luxury villa.
The programme began with lighting of the lamp by Suresh Ballal, former MUDA chairman and other guests on the dais.
Prior to the inauguration of main block of 'The Gardens', Suresh Ballal, former MUDA chairman said, "This is the 15th Marian Project I am inaugurating. Six-time corporator of Bejai ward, Lancelot Pinto, inaugurated the second building by cutting the ribbon.
Suresh Ballal, former MUDA chairman, handed over the memento and certificates to architects, structural consultants and others.
