Bengaluru, Apr 14: The results of the II year Pre-University Course (PUC) examinations will be announced by the first week of May.
The Department of Pre-University Education, has in an official press release, said the evaluation process of the examination papers was nearing completion.
PU Director Sushama Godbole has appealed to students and parents to not pay heed to “baseless rumours” and assured them of a “fair and proper” valuation process.
The II year PUC examinations were held from March 12 to 28.
Two examinations for mathematics and geography were postponed from March 17 to March 28 following calls for bandhs in some districts after the death of IAS officer D K Ravi.
The PU Director also announced marks for attempting certain questions in two examinations after complaints regarding some of them being confusing or wrong.
Five marks were announced for some questions in the English paper, while nine marks were announced for the Mathematics paper.
