19-yr-old killed in bike-tanker collision near Brahmavar

Udupi, Mar 5: A youth was killed in a bike-tanker collision on Wednesday March 5 at Handadi near Brahmavar here.

Sampath Salian (19) is the person deceased. He was a bus conductor by profession.

Sampath was riding from Barkur to Brahmavar when the tanker hit him. A seriously injured Sampath was rushed to KMC hospital in Manipal where he breathed his last.

The driver of the tanker has been identified as Abhishek and is yet to be arrested.
