Dubai, Feb 16: ‘Gammath’ artistes Dubai presented Tulu social comedy drama ‘Eddeduppuga’ as their fourth year's presentation at Jumeira Emirates International School's Emirates Theater on Friday February 13.
The drama, enacted and directed by local artistes, has provided entertainment to the audience besides sending a good message.
The programme held prior to the drama was inaugurated by elite people after lighting the traditional lamp.

Shetty, Sunil Shetty, Gunasheela Shetty, Giridhar Shetty, Mohammed Sadik, Chetan, and Vishwanath Shetty of Gammath Kalavider Association, were present on the occasion.
A cheque for Rs 7,56,000 was handed over on behalf of Gammath Kalavider to Janardhana, head of ‘Spandana’, training center for the mentally disabled, Udupi. Meanwhile, businessman Michael D' Souza donated Rs 5 lac, Satish Venkataramana donated Rs 3 lac and Harish Bangera donated Rs 1 lac to Spandana.
Singers Harish Sherigar of Akme Building Materials, Akshatha Rao and Prasad Shetty sang film songs in their melodious voices and entertained the audience. Rajesh Kuthar compered the programme.
The drama has been written by Krishna G Manjeshwara. It was directed by Vishwanatha Shetty of Gammath Kalavider and Vishwanatha Shetty Nelyadi has provided music.
