Chennai, Feb 6 (IANS): Filmmaker Puri Jagannadh, who is busy wrapping up Telugu actioner "Temper", says he has plans to direct a Hindi film this year, besides two other Telugu projects he has in the offing.
"My next film is titled 'Jyothi Lakshmi' with Charmi. I intend to start it soon. I'll also be doing another film with Varun Tej. I also plan to direct a Hindi film soon during the course of the year, but I'm not sure with whom," Jagannadh told IANS.
Asked if "Jyothi Lakshmi" is the biopic of eponymous yesteryear Telugu actress, Puri denied it, adding: "It's too early to comment on it. I don't want to talk about it until aTemper' releases."
"Temper", which is slated for release in the Valentine's Day week, features Junior NTR and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles.
"It's the story of a corrupt and cunning policeman, who transforms into someone very honest. Temper is the most suitable title, going by the attitude of the character essayed by NTR," he added.
Having collaborated with NTR after a decade, Puri said he "missed" working with him.
In Bollywood, Puri has earlier directed "Bbuddah... Hoga Terra Baap".
