Such people are surfacing in every village now a days! Every fine day a hero arises with thalwar and demands money! Due to Robin hood attitude they have enough supporters around close circle with political and other connections! While enjoying lavish life they may spare and dish few thousands for the needy neighbour or the temple and the story goes on! New style of robbery and haftha vasooli!! This type of panga should be nipped in the bud! No room for modern chors!
