Mangalore, Nov 14: Monappa Bhandary has been unanimously elected as the president of Bharatiya Janata Party DK district unit. The election was held under the observation of Gujjadi Prabhakar Nayak.

Bhandary succeeded Prathapsimha Nayak.

Speaking to media persons Bhandary said that the office-bearers of DK unit will be selected within a week.
