Kasargod: Bike hits pedestrians; one killed and one seriously injured

Kasargod, Oct 22: A pedestrian was killed and another youth was seriously injured when a bike hit them at Bovikkana market on Tuesday October 22.

The deceased is identified as Nekrampare resident Kunhambu Nair(54).


Paika resident Min Haj(20) is seriously injured and he has been admitted in a hospital in Mangalore.

The accident has occurred at 8 pm on Tuesday night. The bike plying towards Mulleriya hit the people waiting at the bus stand and two were seriously injured in the accident. Though locals rushed Kunhambu Nair to the hospital, he died without responding to treatment.
