Mangalore Roller-Skating Club members win laurels

Mangalore, Oct 11: South Zone Speed Skating Championship was held at Hyderabad in which Shamil Arshad emerged as a champion winning two gold medals.

Aishwarya Mathew and Cylia Simmth bagged a gold and a silver medal each, while Kushi Rani won a gold and a bronze, Ashwin D'silva two silver medals, Niranjan Rajeev one silver and Chinmaya Kottari one bronze.

Approximately 1,300 students from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Karnataka, Seemandhra and Telangana participated in this event

All these achievers were trained by Mangalore Roller-skating Club coach Mahesh Kumar.
