Mangalore: Sri Venkataramana Temple celebrates Sharada Mahotsava

Mangalore, Oct 6: Sri Venkataramana Temple celebrated their 92nd Sharada Mahotsava here on Saturday October 4.

Prior to the Sharada Mahotsava, as per the rituals Sri Devi was decked in the form of Saraswathi, Sri Lakshmi, Chanda-Munda Matha, Annapurneshwari, Narayani and various other godesses.

On the day of Shobha Yathra, immersion of the fully decked statue of Sri Devi was held at Mahamaya lake. Devotees from various places visited the temple and received the blessings of Sri Devi.

Orchestra was held by Ravindra Prabhu along with his crew on the occasion.
