Mangalore, Sep 27: The ICYM of Mangalore diocese has launched its new website on Sunday September24 during the meeting of the organizing committee of the Diamond Jubilee at Bajjodi, Pastoral Centre.

District vice-president of Congress, Ivan D'Souza, launched the newly-designed website. The main purpose of this website is to publish the news of ICYM activities to the youth and display the youth magazine 'Amcho Yuvak' on the net.

This was one of the many programmes of the Diamond Jubilee Celebration of ICYM in Mangalore Diocese.  ICYM director Fr Elias D'Souza, the honorary vice-president of the DJC, H R Alva, the convener of publicity committee Raymond D'Cunha, Taccode and conveners of other committees were present on the occasion.

H R Alva, one of the prominent former presidents of ICYM, Mangalore diocese, released the banner of Lorna Show on this occasion. This show is organized in order to raise funds for the DJC projects, mainly for the construction of the Youth Centre.
