Moodbidri, Sep 6: An elderly man named Vithala Poojary (75), resident of Padukonaje committed suicide by jumping in a well near his house.
He was staying separately from his wife and children.
He had reportedly left home on Friday afternoon, September 5, saying that he was going to his daughter’s house but jumped in the well which belonged to Dombayya Poojary near his house.
A case in this regard has been registered in Moodbidri police station.
