New Delhi, Aug 11 (IANS): Actor-director Sajid Khan admits to being approached by the makers of “Shaandar” to play a Sindhi businessman in the film but says he declined the offer.
It's been over a month since director Vikas Bahl started looking for the right cast to play the role.
“Yes, I was offered the film, but no, I'm not doing 'Shaandar'. I'm busy scripting my next film, a youthful romantic-comedy,” Sajid, whose recent offering “Humshakals” got a thumbs down from the movie buffs.
While it is still unknown who will play the Sindhi businessman in "Shaandar", Alia Bhatt and Shahid Kapoor are already on board to play the lead roles.
