Puttur, Jul 15: Raksha, the two-year-old daughter of Mullamajal Ramanna Gowda met a watery grave recently. The little one drowned when she accidentally slipped into a stream flowing near her house at Kuntur.

After an intense search for the child, its body was found around 200 meters away in a bush.

Raksha was playing in the courtyard when the accident took place.

Raksha’s family was residing in Perabe in Kuntur.

Kadaba police have registered a case.
