Kasargod, May 31: Hosadurg court has issued an arrest warrant against VHP leader Praveen Togadia for making a provocative speech against a certain community during his visit to Kasargod on April 30, 2011.
The speech had sparked off clashes between two communities.
Earlier Hosadurg court had issued several summons to Togadia to appear in the court, but Togadia failed to do so.
It will be interesting to see if Togadia would be arrested and brought to Hosadurg court here.
Sources say that there are a few other cases also pending against Togadia for making inflammatory speeches in various places in the country.
