Similarly all embezzlement of all funds from all Government premises\accounts\projects etc etc. should be recovered from the Minister in charge. Confiscate his wealth until Govt. recovers it's embezzled wealth with interest. If so done, the Minister himself will see to the recovery of embezzled wealth from his subordinates. If done this way, things will improve. Just making a case against these people is useless and everyone knows the result.
After all why we should have such a Minister if he can not discharge his duties!!!

Mnerga is a very good scheme especially for rural women who are exploited . They should now have a rural educated youth employment scheme wherein every girl child should be given 1000 rs /month as stipend between 18 to 22 years of age to continue their studies and acquire skills like nursing, teaching, tailoring, police, data entry, bpo, women electricians, plumbers etc . This will the huge impact in the coming years to come .Ruralwomen employment is the key for India to change
