Mangalore, Apr 24: A case of delivering provocative address stands registered in Pandeshwar police station here against Ali Hassan, president of Merchants Association Mangalore. Hassan has been accused of delivering an inflammatory speech at the protest demonstration organized in front of the office of Dakshina Kannada district deputy commissioner on April 20 by Popular Front of India.

The case was filed on the basis of a complaint made by Rajesh Pavitran, district president of Akhil Bharat Hindu Yuvaka Sabha. In the complaint, Pavitran has claimed that Hassan had warned, ‘we will not stop cattle transportation. If Bajrang Dal members and policemen have the potential and courage, let them stop this activity. We warn you not to die in our hands.’
