Mangalore: Do not bring politics and religion into Kabeer case - Nalin Kumar

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (EP)

Mangalore, Apr 23: "Let the state government hand over the Kabeer encounter case to the CBI for impartial enquiry. The political parties and the government should not bring religion and politics into the case," said MP Nalin Kumar Kateel in a press statement.

"It is necessary to hand over the case to the CBI to investigate what actually transpired and to maintain the morale of the police force. ANF is constantly on the lookout for Naxals and it is necessary that the state government maintain their morale. If not it will be detrimental to our security," he stated.

"It would not be right for political parties to add religious and political colours to this case for their selfish ends. The state government should take suitable and timely and hand over the case to the CBI," he stressed.

"The state government has announced a compensation of Rs 10 lac to the family of Kabeer. Similarly two young students died of drowning during Puttur Mahalingeshwara temple procession. It was an accident and their families also should be compensated. It is not correct on the part of the government to look at accidents on the basis of religion. The families of those two students should also be compensated," he said.

Mr Nalin, don't mix petrol and alcohol. The encounter was a fake one, so justice is supposed to be given. Is the fundamentalist attack on his family while claiming the body right? who is behind all this? PS: Karnataka has become a fake encounter testing center like Gujarath.

    Dear Mr. Dinesh Poojary, Kundapura/Bengaluru,

Read my comment accurately. There is no mistake from Kabeer.

Transporting of cattle by Kabeer is not an accident and a sudden as he was carrying out this job since his long, long back on a daily basis legally.

ANF has no right whatsoever to kill a person out rightly and kabeer is well known to ANF people as he is doing this job regularly.

ANF ARE INCAPABLE TO KILL NAXALS AND A FREELY AVAILABLE INNOCENT PERSON IS KILLED LATER THEY SAY MISTAKEN IDENTITY.
THE ANF SECURITY MAN SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED AND DISMISSED FROM HIS JOB.

Dear . Dinesh Poojary open your eyes and see.

The cattle transporters should accompany life saving guns for self protection.

KABEER SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN ONE CRORE AS COMPENSATION OR AT LEAST 80 LAKHS. TEN LAKHS IS ONLY A PEANUT.

Mr. Nalini Kumar do not try to fool the general public. Only your party bringing/mixing the religion into politics and your party brings the ramjanmabhoomi babri masjid issue into politics from 1990s (In 1984 Lok Sabha election your party got only 8% and in 1989 12%). If your party did not bring the religion into politics your party wont reach this extent today. Why your right wing group attacked the family of Kabeer while they are claiming the body. Is it this democratic? Or it is right-wing group manifesto?

Mr. Kateel, please practice before you preach. You mix every incident with politics and religion when it suits you. Now when you are at the receiving end you play a different tune. Even a fool in the district knows the motive of ANF action. Instead of involving in such petty issues, focus on making the district completely literate, eradicate alcoholism and its evils, see that corruption is rooted out. There are many such issues.

Nalin Kumar doesn't know the difference between accident and deliberated death!!!Kabeer's death was under mysterious circumstances and the state is the party. Therefore, clubbing accident death and murder is a stupid argument. Kabeer's religion is accidental factor and only right wing extremist groups are politicizing the issue.

And our esteemed MP, got some free time from his phone calls to his dear, just make a statement, by equating the death of someone who was shot dead cold blooded by the police to someone who fell in a well accidentaly.

Mr MP, there is a difference between state killing of a citizen and accidental death.

You are free to ask and provide whatever compensation you want for the accidental death that you talk of, nobody is stopping you from that, you are an MP. But when you equate that to the killing of a innocent youth by police in cold blood, you are showing your bigotry just because he is a muslim.

I quote from this Daijiworld news: Mr. Nalin Kumar says: two young students died of drowning during Puttur Mahalingeshwara temple procession. It was an accident and their families also should be compensated. Unquote.

The powerless battery of the Remote Control was replaced a couple of days before by Mr. Prabhakar Bhat of Kalladka. When churches were attacked this remote control was not working.
You are right Mr. Nalin, the two people drowned in Puttur were themselves responsible for their own negligence and it was unfortunate. You can say it is an accident. An accident will take place by fault/mistake.

Whereas Kabeer’s death was neither an unfortunate thing, nor an accident. This was articulated/manipulated and purposely done by the ANF security man brainwashed by the Bajrang Dal/HJV/VHP and RSS people. Now this killer, the ANF man should face the music in court.

The ANF was unable to catch or kill a few of the Naxals and here this security man is massacring a person who is innocent.

Since Kabeer was innocent and harmless without arms and ammunitions in hand or in vehicle he was just killed for transporting cattle. The Bajrang Dal/HJV/VHP and RSS people have brought religious color to this incident.

Why do you Mr. Nalin Kumar bring/paint religious color of the drowned people of Puttur during Mahalingeshwaras procession.

Dear Nalin Kumar, the whole India knows your Sangha Parivaar bringing religion and politics into Kabeer's case. Irrespective of caste and religion, everybody came to know the cruelty of Sangha Parivaar.
His family attacked by Sanghis when they went to take his dead body.
Sanghis urging the govt to withdraw the compensation which was sanctioned for him. This is the height of the cruelty. Dear Nalin, Kabeer was good or bad, but compensation for his old aged father, mother and sisters. They have to survive without his earnings. why your sanghis opposing it? Sangha Parivaar people have no humanity at all? First try to become human, before becoming hindu or muslim. Jai Hind.
