Mangalore, Apr 22: In a complaint filed in Bunder police station here, current MP and BJP’s candidate from Dakshina Kannada constituency in the election held recently, Nalin Kumar Kateel, has alleged that independent candidate, Sudatta Jain, had collected personal information relating to his cell phone calls, and released the details to media persons during the recent election.

He also accused Jain of indulging in malicious propaganda against him on the basis of the said information.

‘The details of calls made from my personal cell phone have been collected, and used for making unsubstantiated allegations against me. I have information that the help of an advocate had been obtained to sully my image during the election time,’ Kateel said in the complaint which names Sudatta Jain as well as the lawyer who allegedly helped Jain in this task.

The policemen have served notice on Bharti Airtel Ltd, seeking an explanation as to how details of telephone calls relating to the cell phone of an MP were provided by the company to other individuals without the permission of the concerned. Investigation is continuing.

That Criminal Lawyer who helped Sudatta Jain to obtain Nalin's call record belongs to BJP itself. Why BJP has not taken any action against that Crooked Lawyer ?
