Doha, Mar 11: Mangalore Cricket Club (MCC) , Doha, Qatar will be staging its annual Konkani Mega show “Dabazo – 2014” on the 25th of April 2014 at the Al Ghazal Club and takes pride to present maiden Norbert Pereira’s Nite in Qatar.

Norbert Pereira (Nobby) is a renowned singer, composer and actor. A resident of Qatar for the past three decades, Nobby as a youngster was a talented singer winning numerous singing competitions including   the coveted Konkani Natak Sabha annual singing competitions for   the solo and duet categories at the Don Bosco Hall, Mangalore.  Norbert has shared stage with renowned singers like Wilfy Rebimbus, Henry D’Souza, Melvyn Peris, Claud D’Souza etc and has presented his own shows in Mangalore, Mysore and Kuwait and has released 5 music albums.

Nobby will be accompanied by his wife Nancy, konkani’s ‘Dream Boy’ Rony D’ Cunha from Kuwait leading female singer Anita D’Souza from Mangalore and other local talents – Naveen/Preema Pinto, Sana Britto, Rupert Lobo, Vincent/Nina Fernandes, Harry Correa, Alphonse D’ Silva and Eva Wilma Pinto will be adoring the stage.

Another stage attraction will be Actor-Comedian of the “Bale Telipule” fame Nellu Permanur and team Shawn Rodrigues & Sunil Crasta will entertain the audience with their rib tickling comedy.  Winner of best Music Arranger and music composer Roshan D’ Souza will be supported by Richard Monteiro, Sachin Sequeira and Pradeep Menezes will provide foot tapping music.  Roshan D’ Silva one of the best comperes around UAE will add glitter to the show with his compering.  Furthermore the singers will be supported with scintillating dances from our own young local dancers.  
"Dabazo 2014" will surely be a big bundle of sheer entertainment with fusion of scintillating songs, fabulous dances and rib tickling comedy of the highest quality.
