Dear Sampath, the developmental works takes place if the people pay taxes to the government. Here the government is totally dependant on excise income and some others sources like stamp duty on properties, and road taxes. When everyone pay tax then everyone will come to the road and force the government to make better roads.
People still voting for congress because this is the only alternative left for people. You know very well what happened to NDA and last Karnataka assembly. The permanent opposition is in opposition because they do not know how to run the system and it is unfortunate only congress had a opportunity to make money for themselves and then do some developments on roads where people made noise.

In my view its complete failure of both congress and BJP representatives in Bantval. As a opposition party BJP should have taken it in a different way to solve this problem. But again, my thumbs down to Congress because even after people elected them twice in past two elections Mr Rai completely neglected the Manihalla-Sarapady Road development. People should boycott him and never vote him\Party again.

Keep Gujarat, Modi and Rich-man of Gujarat Ambanies and all the Panchayats for Gujju's.

The NATIONAL DONGI ALLIANCE of BJP gave cheap land to Ambanies and fed RSS. Why corporates are wanting to invest in Gujarat?!

Multi-Millionares are interested in investing Gujarat to become rich from the might of the Poor.

The graceful citizens of India don't need only five but all Gujarat Panchayats. Keep it with you.

Hi Ajit.Katpadi..The BJP PM candidate who arrived with white clad Men and a team of bodyguards cannot decide the needs of Bantwal and Moodbidri gram Panchayat. You call our voters are Uneducated and your PM candidate is a Oxford graduate?
“Uneducated Voters”This is the line used by the main opposition who is at protest and asking the Thailand PM to resign and hand over the government to a unelected council who have lost the election. Means they say,the people who voted and elected the present PM are village people and uneducated people.
In general, it is a big insult to the word democracy and it is not practical to say that the voters are uneducated. Do you mean to say that only the people who wear 100% linen and drive Scorpio veichles are permitted to vote and run the system?

If Modiji is not contesting for Bantwal or Moodabidri, why is he going round India? He should then sit quietly in Gandhinagar in Gujarat. How would Vinayak Prabhu respond? We are a parliamentary form of democracy. In the presidential form of democracy the candidate has to go round. If Modi does not want Panchayats, why does he need parliamentarians? Namo will come a non-entity after the elections. Indians are not hate-mongers they do not believe in divisive politics. Let us all join together to wipe out BJP from Karnataka and India.

Where is Feku waves? This victory gives clear intimation that which party is going to win in LS polls. BJP ruled Karnataka, just for 5 years. But it will take 25 years to recover the damage which has done by BJP. Congress victory in Udupi is confirmed and Mangalore also will win by congress only, whoever may the candidate. Now BJP supporters in this forum will give frustrated comments.
