Mangalore, Mar 4: The Old Port at Bunder here witnessed confusion and chaos after a truck tumbled headlong into the water even as it was being loaded.

The truck had been parked near the banks of the river and was being loaded with sacks of grains, vegetables and other groceries to be distributed to shops.
