The prestigious luxury apartments 'Daijiworld Residency' consisting of 72 flats in three blocks  by Property Infra Tech Pvt Ltd (Rohan Corporation) was inaugurated at Bondel here on Wednesday, February 26.

The apartments, located opposite St Lawrence Church, also house the corporate office of Daijiworld Media Pvt Ltd, which will be inaugurated in May this year.

In his inaugural address, Rajendra Kumar, chairman, SCDCC Bank lauded Rohan Monteiro, managing director of Rohan Corporation for his simplicity and for completing 20 glorious years in the field of real estate business. "With his simple nature, hardwork and dedication, Rohan Monteiro has climbed the ladder of success," said Rajendra Kumar.

Fr Andrew D'Souza, parish priest, St Lawrence Church, Bondel led the prayer at the beginning and blessed the premises along with other priests.

Rajendra Kumar, Walter Nandalike, managing director, Daijiworld Media Pvt Ltd, and Pushparaj S Shetty, land owner inaugurated the three blocks by cutting the ribbon.

Architect Nithin Shetty, structural engineer Anil Hegde and contractor Suresh kumar were felicitated on the occasion.

Rudolph D'Souza proposed the vote of thanks. Sahil Zaheer of Platform Productions, compered the entire event.

Pushparaj Jain, president, CREDAI, Mangalore, Ivan D'Souza, Congress leader, Harinath, corporator, former mayor Shashidhar Hegde, Harikrishna Punaroor and others were present.
