Mangalore, Feb 15: "BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will visit the city on February 18 for the 'Bharata Gellisi' event. Around 25,000 college students are expected to arrive in a rally to the venue and take active part in the convention," said Chakravarthy Sulibele, mentor, NaMo Brigade.

Addressing media persons here on Saturday, February 15, he said, "Narendra Modi has visited Mangalore earlier, but this time it is special, as he is visiting in the role of a PM candidate of India and he would be speaking on his vision for India.

"There are nearly 350 colleges in the district with nearly 40,000 to 45,000 students who are eligible to vote. Out of these, around 25,000 are expected to arrive at Central Maidan to hear Narendra Modi's speech," he said.

"The students willl gather at TV Raman Pai hall, from where they will proceed to the venue in a grand procession, after lunch. Separate seating arrangements have been made for the students, who will come from different places, and special student identity cards will also be issued to them.

"The unique feature of this programme is that it will focus on the future of the nation and vision for its development, and will not be a political rally. Hence, students have been urged to visit in large numbers, as they are the pillars of our nation," he said.

He further said, "Digitization of voters' list, which is a unique program initiated by the team 'India 272 ', has been done, with NaMo Brigade taking the responsibility of the programme in Karnataka. The entire voters' list of Karnataka has been digitized. An individual has to text his EPIC number to 9945999459. The details of the voting booth, place and other basic information’s will be texted back to the person."

NAMO Brigade founder, Naresh Shenoy was also present on the occasion.

Bhoomi Puja

As part of Narendra Modi’s 'Bharata Gellisi' programme to be held at Central Maidan (Nehru Maidan) on February 18, Bhoomi Puja for the arrangement work was carried out at the venue here on Saturday February 15. BJP leaders, NaMo Brigade activists and well-wishers were present on the occasion.

Why do these guys want to conduct a rally inside the City? If these guys are really concerned for people they wouldn't torture us like this, half of the city roads are blocked. We all know, if you offer Rs. @250 plus lunch and pick-up services, any pappu can get people to attend such rallies. So next time if any political party wants to arrange such rally, please conduct it outside the city limits and do not cause inconvenience to normal life.

Whoever calls Modi as Murderer even after all the courts given clean chit to be considered as

    (a) No failth in Indian legal system
    (b) Surviving at the mercy, as Modi did not file defamation case
    (c) Intentionally trying to hurt a religion (of course, in vain)
    (d) Indirectly protecting those actual murderers of the incident & other bigger incidents

No value for the views of traitors. At least we can understand the amount of traitors.

MODI IS ONLY THE HOPE BECAUASE HE HAS PROVED THAT HIS STATE IS EXCEPTION CASE FROM ABOVE ALL POINTS.HE HAS SHOWN WHAT IS DEVELOPMENT . HE IS HAVING HIS OWN DREAM ABOUT DEVELOPING INDIA,SO STUDENTS ALL OVER INDIA MUST JOIN WITH MODI..

If Feku Rambo's claim of development is true, then why should there be 18 lakh educated unemployed youths in his state? Why are schools without classrooms and teachers and why are more than five lakh youths employed in teaching, health and police department on part-time contract basis?

This proves that Modi’s claim of development is hollow and intended only for publicity purposes to gain political mileage in and outside the state. Employing youths, who are a key factor for development, on contract basis amounts to their exploitation.

Modi government can offer incentives to Ambanies, Adanis, etc. but has no policy for Gujarati youths. It can’t even pay Rs 3,300 to youths on contract employment.

Neither Rahul or Modi cannot remove the corruption. Corruption is there as long as people have greed of illegal money. When the bribe givers and takers are exists, how the corruption is removed. Corruption is always taking place behind the screen. By encroaching, private and govt land and then fight for legalizing is also corruption. The society in the media hates corruption, but still we encourage corruption. How many people are in India who do not touch somebody's one rupee and do not drink somebody's one cup of tea?. Hardly few hundred person. Persons who work outside India show more interest in politics, I am least bothered. How the praja is like raja.
