Mumbai, Feb 10: Campaign for BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections has got a glamour quotient now.
A media release from the PR agency of Bollywood actress Meghna Patel stated that the actress has shown her support to Gujarat chief minister and BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi by doing an 'artistic' and 'aesthetic' photoshoot with lotus flowers all over her body. Lotus is the logo of the BJP.
The press release quotes the actress, "Narendra Modi is the Man of today. He is the embodiment of valour who lives in hearts of millions of people."
The release states, "The glamorous diva was seen rising the temperature meter and has done an elegant look under a bed of flowers. Meghna was looking extremely poised and beautiful while posing in flowers. The star was seen striking a sultry pose and adorning the sylphlike beauty, snazzy like the lotus.
"Narendra Modi is all set to make India free from corruption and inflation and make it a prosperous and powerful India. No politician in independent India has been demonised in such a relentless, Goebbelsian manner as Narendra Modi," it states.
Meghna Patel said, "Narendra Modi is a person of great prominence in India's political landscape and has done great work for the development and prosperity of his state and now he is the prime ministerial candidate. People will vote for him to make India better in the 21st century. We all love you Mr Modi."
The release stated, "Bollywood shares a great relationship of love and friendship with Indian politics. Bollywood actors have brought their charismatic image to politics and pulled in the crowds. Actors Shatrughan Sinha, Hema Malini, Navjot Singh Sidhu and Smriti Irani have joined and campaigned for the BJP. Political leaders have often taken Bollywood support to express their thoughts. Recently Salman Khan was seen with Narendra Modi at a kite-flying ceremony in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and many other Bollywood celebrities have also shown their support to political leaders in their own ways. Bollywood’s contributions to politics have been far and large."
