Footwear industry to take new leaps: Alberto Torresi official

Mumbai, Jan 18 (IANS): The footwear industry is poised for growth and increased investment, according to Ishaan Sachdeva, director of footwear brand Alberto Torresi.

"The footwear industry is all set to take new leaps when it comes to investment and growth," Sachdeva said in a statement as his brand's latest footwear collection was launched at the third edition of India Shoes and Accessories Forum (ISAF) here.

"The ISAF is a perfect platform where footwear and accessories brands and retailers can come together to explore innovative ideas and expand business opportunities through networking with potential partners and customers," he added.

A business-to-business platform, ISAF has exhibits, conferences and workshops, brand shows and awards, all under one roof.

Alberto Torresi used the forum to launch an exclusive women’s trendy footwear AT Senora.

“The platform serves as a captive base for huge pre-bookings across all brands, feedback sharing, presentation by the brands and deliberations by all stakeholders, besides opening new vistas for both brand expansion - by way of forging new partnerships, alliances and brand extension," Sachdeva said.
