Lauren Gottlieb turned Santa for underprivileged kids

Mumbai, Dec 25 (IANS): Actress-dancer Lauren Gottlieb recently celebrated Christmas with the children of Smile Foundation, a national level development organisation, and she said it was the "best way" to celebrate the festival.

Apart from cutting a Christmas cake with the children, the actress from Scottsdale, Arizona, US, also gave away gifts to them here Tuesday evening.

"It is my first Christmas away from my family. I am missing my home and people very much so this is best way to celebrate Christmas amongst these children. With their innocence, warmth and smile I am feeling a part of their family," Lauren said in a statement.

She came into prominence after winning American dance reality show "So You Think You Can Dance" and later made her bow in Bollywood with Remo D'Souza's 3D dance movie "ABCD - Any Body Can Dance". She was also one of the finalists in Colors' dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa".
