Shirva, Apr 20: The newly built front tower of the hermitage ('Irmiz') and the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows in Shirva were blessed an dedicated on the eve of the annual feast and vespers ceremony on Tuesday, Apri 18.

The vespers Mass was offered by Fr Valerian Pinto. Over 600 faithful took part at the ceremony.

The feast was celebrated on Wednesday, April 19.
