Mangalore, Dec 5: The Departments of Biotechnology UG ,PG and Botany, St Aloysius College are organizing a national seminar on 'Trends in Environmental Biotechnology and its Applications' sponsored by UGC and DBT (under Star College Scheme) on December 10 and December 11.
The aim of the seminar is to create a forum for interaction and sharing of knowledge in different aspects of Environmental Microbiology and Environmental Biotechnology.
The target audience are faculty, scientists, researchers and students from the fields of Basic Sciences ,Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Material science and Engineering
The inauguration will be held on December 10 at Eric Mathias Hall 9 am - 10 am followed by scientific sessions chief guest Dr T V Ramachandra, senior Scientist, IISc Bangalore
The organising secretary professor ML Sureshnath has extended a cordial invite to all.
