Avoid air and noise pollution this Diwali: Parrikar

Panaji, Nov 1 (IANS): Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has called on Goans to celebrate Diwali in an eco-friendly manner.

In his Diwali eve message, issued Friday, Parrikar appealed to the people to "avoid noise and air pollution and celebrate Diwali in its true spirit".
