DLF awards Rs.1,337 crore construction contract to L&T

New Delhi, Oct 21 (IANS): The country's leading real estate developer DLF Monday said it has awarded a Rs.1,337 crore contract to L&T for construction of a luxury residential project in Gurgaon.

The project named The Crest consists of six high-rise towers -- three 39-storeyed and three 28-storeyed.

“The Crest is a next generation luxury project by DLF and hence the systems, construction techniques and project management practices are benchmarked as per the highest international standards,” chairman and managing director of DLF Projects Ravi Kachru said in a statement.

DLF has also appointed London-headquartered MACE group as project management consultant.
