Mangalore, Oct 18: A national level conference on Homeopathy is proposed to be held at Deralakatte’s Fr Muller’s Homeopathic Medical college on October 19, at 9 am.
Speaking at a news conference, Fr Vincent Saldanha, manager of the institute said that such conferences are held once in every ten years. Homeopathic doctor Dr Girish Navada at the institute, Dr Kumar Davale and Ashok Mohanti will share their experience in the part played by Homeopathy as regards to mental stress. More than 500 delegates from across the country are expected to attend the conference.
The conference will be inaugurated by Dr Arun Bhasme, vice president of Central Homeopathic committee at New Delhi. Mangalore MLA J R Lobo will be chief guest. Dr Patrick Rodrigues, director of Fr Muller Charitable institutions will preside over the function.
College principal Dr Shivaparasad K, Conference organizing secretary Dr Prasad Kumar Pal, media organizer Dr Pravin Raj, Dr Girish Navada and Dr Srinath Rao were present at the news conference.
