Mangalore: Lorry transporting fish topples near Babukatte

Mangalore, Sep 26: A speeding lorry loaded with cartons of fish toppled after the driver lost control near Babukatte School in Thokottu.

The incident took place around 11:30 pm. The fish lorry KA 19 C 4358 was said to be plying from Kuttar, when it tried to overtake an Indica car, the driver lost control and hence the lorry toppled.

The driver escaped with only minor injuries. Konaje police arrived at the spot to investigate.
