M'lore: Mandd Sobhann to host ninth Kalakaar Puraskar on Nov 3

Mangalore, Sep 18: Mandd Sobhann and Carvalho Gharanne – jointly, will award the ninth Kalakaar Puraskar, on November 3, 2013, at Kalaangann, here, at 6 pm.

It is decided that this year an artist of Karnataka origin, who has specially contributed towards the enrichment of Konkani performing arts (music, dance, theatre, or folk-arts), be selected for the award.

Applications/recommendations along with a photo, list of achievements, proof and paper cuttings, should be sent to – Mandd Sobhann, Kalaangann, Makale, Shakthinagar, Mangalore - 575 016 ; on or before October 7, 2013.
