Rewari (Haryana), Sep 15 (IANS): BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi Sunday blamed the "weak" UPA government for the aggression by Pakistan and China on the border.
Addressing his first rally after being chosen by the Bharatiya Janata Party as its prime ministerial candidate, Modi said Islamabad and Beijing were creating trouble in Jammu and Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh.
"Is this due to the weakness of our army? No! This is only due to our (government's) weak policies," the Gujarat chief minister told the meeting attended by thousands in this Haryana town.
"Till we have an effective government in Delhi, security of the country cannot be guaranteed," Modi said to loud cheers.
