Mangalore, Jan 26: Ashokanagar Yuvaka Sangha (R), under the auspices of Chess Association DK, will organize a one-day Inter-district-level Rapid chess Tournament for Under-17 and Under-12 Boys and Girls on January 29, 2006 in the auditorium of the Ashokanagar Higher Primary School, Ashokanagar, Mangalore.
Eligibility: for U-17: Born on or after 1/1/1989
for U-12: Born on or after 1/1/1994
Players from only Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Kasaragod, Chikmagalur districts can participate.
Players must report at the venue by 8.30 am on January 29 along with age proof.
Winners will be awarded attractive cash prizes and Trophies. Special age group prizes also will be awarded.
